The Destin dolphin cruises are 1 hour narrated cruises through the Destin Harbor, through the East Pass into the Gulf of Mexico and into the Bay near the world famous Crab Island. See dolphins in their natural habitat and enjoy the scenic Emerald Coast shoreline. Enjoy an early morning, noon or sunset cruise depending on the season. The truth is, there is no preferred time for seeing dolphins. We see dolphins at all times of the day. Just pick the cruise that best fits your schedule and we’ll be sure to do all we can to find flipper!

Although we offer snacks and beverages on the boat, our guests may bring a small six pack cooler with their own beverages and snacks.  Alcoholic beverages are allowed, but liquor is strictly prohibited as well as any glass containers.

The boat does not expect to experience rough seas because it will not going out to sea. For those that have light stomachs, we recommend taking Dramamine or Bonine to prevent motion sickness.  On windy days, we may experience a light chop, but nothing extreme.

Yes, the dolphin cruise is probably one of the most popular things to do for children. There is so much to do and see on the boat.

The snack bar will offer chips, cookies, soda, water and various candies. Items will be priced between $1-2.

The only pets allowed on the boats are seeing-eye dogs.

The captain will make the decision to call off the cruise. Customers that decide to cancel last minute or not show are subject to paying for their entire trip. We will communicate with all of our customers if there is inclement weather approaching. If the cruise is cancelled, the staff will call the customer to reschedule or offer a refund.

Yes, the boat will have a ramp for handicap passengers.

The boat holds 110 passengers and has 3 levels. The boat has a cabin area on the 2nd deck with bathrooms.

Absolutely! Let us know what the occasion is prior to arrival and we’ll make sure it’s the best it can be! Call us for private charter rates.

Customers must cancel at least 1 day prior to receive a refund.

Customers are recommended to bring suntan lotion, cash (tips for mates and snacks) and a camera.

Yes, there are life preservers and life boats aboard the boat.

Yes, you are able to take as many photos of the dolphins and boat as you like.

The boat will travel through Harbor, East Pass, Bay and in the Gulf when weather permits.

The boat is located at 102 Harbor Blvd on the dock. It’s about 75 feet west of AJ’s restaurant. You can’t miss the big yellow boat!

We take all major credit cards (besides AMEX) and cash. Personal checks are no accepted unless it’s for large parties and pre-arranged.

Parking is not free and ranges from $5-20 depending on the time of year and day.

Crab Island tours that take you to the Destin sandbar for swimming and other activities are a very popular type of excursion for travelers. On your dolphin cruise, you will be able to see Crab Island and potentially even dolphins and other wildlife swimming around the sandbar, but you will not stop and exit the boat.
